That merchant you captured will always be there running in his hamster wheel and providing you the ingredients you need for cake. Or that syndicate thug who came in and killed that alpha pal you were trying to capture near the start of your game and you are still bitter about it
Yeah.
You can have a permanent merchant at your base as a result.
Or permanent Pal merchant.
Or Black Market Merchant (although given that they're Lv. 40, uh... have fun trying to catch that)
this is a good tip for newer players. i figured by default the shop ability would go away.
