Pals not charging while away?
Single player game
Have an oil extractor base with to 2 extractors and 2 large power generators and a bunch of Orzerk that produce alot more energy then the 2 extractors need, so far so good. i even build a bootser and one of the new batterys for good measure.

but everytime i go away for a very long while (catching pals, working on other bases etc) and come back later i see that they barely extracted any oil (2-3 often only) and all the generators run empty and JUST start getting charged again when i arrive.

So do my pals simply stop charging when no player is at there base? and how can i possibly fix that?

In single player mode active state only work around the player, everything past this area are simple in sleep state, so game not calculate them. Everything in this area just don't anything at all. They all just stand in place and do nothing.
You can't fix it, this is how game work.
Only possible solution you have is to play on dedicated server, as dedicated server calculate whole world and don't have any areas in sleep state. However you can't do same in single player mode.

Well that simply cant be right, as my other bases are doing just fine and doing there work even when i am not around. tasks like cooking ,crafting ,farming and stuff all gets done even when i am away for longer time.
