Pals are slackers, with Workaholic trait?

Ok, I just updated the game, and pals with the Workaholic trait are all saying they're slow workers...probably slackers.
They never said this before.
Their work speed is around 50 each, so I'm guessing it's something to do with that?
I've only ever seen the slow worker thing, on slacker pals or ones that have traits that reduce work speed.
My Sukaku Aqua has also got this working slow thing, but it's a workaholic with over 100 work speed...
I'm confused...or is this a new bug?
