When does the sale end?

I'm considering getting Palworld now that it's on sale, but I need a couple days to make sure I can buy it without getting myself in some minor debt.
That said I want to know when it ends because unlike most other sales, steam doesn't seem to have the usual "sale ends on mm/dd/yyyy" sign on top of the price.

January 2nd at 10 AM is when the winter sales on Steam end.

Even at the full price of $30 the games worth it.

However anyone that describes ~$25 as "minor debt" maybe should keep a sharp eye on their current finances.
