bosses are now uncatchable
So it seems there are some new config in this version that affect the HP bar render distance.
Since I used to run the server since the first release. The old PalWorldSettings were missing a lot of new values.
What I did was
1) In the PalServer Folder copy DefaultPalWorldSettings.ini
2) Go to PalServer\Pal\Saved\Config\WindowsServer and replace the PalWorldSettings.ini
3) Done, adjust the new config to suit your preference.
Well done mate! Looks like this setting is causing the bug on dedicated servers.
Checked by doing the following on my dedicated server;
1) Changed bIsPVP=True to False in the PalWorldSettings.ini (not the DefaultPalWorldSettings.ini)
2) Server restarted > Immediately PALS health bars were visible in the far distance.

3) Changed bIsPVP back to True > PALS health bars at the exact same distance were now not showing. Health bars would only show when PALS got up close (like the current bug).

4) Changed bIsPVP back to False > PALS health bars were now visible in the far distance.

This would have also worked mate, because the "DefaultPalWorldSettings.ini" automatically has it set to FALSE, and would have removed that bIsPVP bugged setting.
Edit: Just turned off PvP in the Serversettings and worked too, thx alot :)
