Bountys not working

Talked to the NPC, killed all guys on the map, still no one drops tokens. Am I missing something?

The bounty sheets themselves say they need to be turned in to "vigilant bounty hunters" in villages, which I assume are different NPC's than the "Bounty Intel" NPC that gives the marks.

I suspect we get the tokens when the sheets are turned in to the Vigilants, not just from taking down the mark.

I tried looking for that npc but didnt have any luck. Does anyone know where he is?

I found one at the Small Settlement dressed in the police gear

where did you get those bounty sheets from?

Bounty Targets drop them, you have to pick them up off their bodies unless you catch them in a sphere in which case they are added to your pack

They don't drop anything for me. Tried restarting the game, capturing them and then butchering them too

The one in the small settlement at the beginning is straight down the hill from the fast travel. He looks like a PDIF Officer. If you found the Intel guy there he is like 10 feet away from him.

Tokens are from open world npcs that spawn without the need to talk to an npc to create bounties, killing said npc will drop a token you can turn-in

I noticed it in my inventory shortly after taking down a lv 15 "Turncoat" humanoid npc that was on the map. I thought it just another overworld boss. It was then, that I found the Intel NPC.

Once I started asking him about marks, I saw more purple tagged NPC's showing up on the map. Put two and two together after that, actually looked at the bounty sheet itself and said "Oooooh...... I see whats goin on here"

After playing for a bit today I realized that you may be asking about the alpha tokens that buff pal stats. These are key items.

no, I mean those purple guys on the map. Killed them all, no bounty yet

Did you ever end up getting it to work? Googling this issue just results in 100s of results of people having issues and no solutions...

have you tried catching them? that should remove any question as to whether or not it's dropping the bounty pages, since it puts it straight in your inventory, and gives you a list of the items you got on the side.

Yes I did! And they did not drop anything. I've killed ~30 of them by now (and caught one). None dropped anything.

Another thread helped me figure it out! I had a loot mod that was breaking it ('Legendary Blueprint Drop Buff - Medium chance' by mantazzo). Hope this helps anyone else who comes looking. :)
