Best ground mount for the update?

I've just been using Necromus to avoid the missiles but they are pretty slow

I would suggest grapple gun mixed with hangu for any exploration. That will be faster than a ground mount and most aerial mounts for moving a long distance.

I'm a Hangyu cultist. I swear by Hangyu and live by Hangyu. My ground mounts are 0 and my sky mounts are nary.

Hangyu, double jump boots, and a grapple hook can get you to any distance and any height with no missile punishment. Almost comparable speed to jetdragon (horizontally, maybe vertical if ya know).

Hangyu will always answer your prayers. Join hands with hangyu. One of us...

Dazemu is an incredibly fast mount. I have one with Runner and Nimble and I just speed in and use my beefed up Astagon to distract the Feybreak warriors while I hack the computer and then fly off with a flying mount after. It's been working like a charm!

Dazemu gets like double speed on beaches and dirt roads, you're moving around at speeds comparable to Jetragon as long as you think about where you're going.

The fastest ground mount in the game is Dazemu, and they spawn very often in the anubis desert, easy to catch in bulk and condense to 4 star within an hour.

Easily double the speed of any other ground mount on sand (or dirt road)

Necromus is only good if you condense it as it makes it faster the more you condense it, assuming you don't want to do a condensing project just make a swift and or runner Pyrin

Pyrin :
Run speed = 850
Sprint speed = 1300
Doesn't double jump

Necromus :
Run speed = 900
Sprint speed = 1600
Double Jump

5 star rank buff mount speed by 20% so a rank 5 pyrin come at 1560 still slower than Necromus while also not having the option to double jump.

So either you back up your claims with arguments and data either you should avoid to spread misinformations.

Yeah but that is only on sand. Great for the desert and beaches but for the rest of the game necromus.

What he is wrong about is the 5 star pyrin having a speed of 1560 as pyrin's partner skill doesnt increase the mounted speed

No i did not as i have only used it in the desert as it says sand in the description. That does make it far more useful but as I travel crosscountry and rarely use the paths I still probably wont use it.
