How to unlock hidden achievement?

I have beaten the 6 leaders, Started new game, beat them again. Beat then 3 times each in one game. Started a 3rd game & just defeated all 6 again & the achievement is still locked. It's the only achievement I have left to get 100% Please explain how I can unlock it.

I think thats the one you have to beat the tower bosses in "hard mode"

Yep. that's the one. Probably should've mentioned that all play through's were in hard mode.

The achievement isn't talking about game difficulty. The Tower Bosses themselves have a hard mode. I am not sure how it unlocks, but it is there. It probably unlocks after beating all tower bosses, reaching max level, or both.
