Report a translation problem
It could be something as simple as they saw no other way to prevent certain hacks. Full Key binding support is actually something else that is already native to what they code for, and yet...it isn't an option.
I doubt it was a super nefarious move. It could also be temporary. Or a mistake altogether.
Not saying it's nefarious, but it is definitely counter intuitive to what video games are and what they are supposed to provide as well as just foolish, imo anyway.
