You mean, with the guild chest at level 41?
At level 41, you can unlock the Guild Chest ancient tech, which is like this game's equivalent of an Ender Chest — its inventory is shared across all your bases, so you can take stuff out or put stuff in and use that inventory from any of your bases where you've got one built.

It does have a couple downsides, though:
* You can only place one Guild Chest per base (and it can't be placed outside bases), so you gotta put it in a good spot where it's quick to access from your base's warp point.
* Pals will basically never put stuff in the Guild Chest, so anything you want put in there you'll have to put in yourself.
Guild chest.
I have also released mods on workhop that unlock it at level 1 (and a level 23 variant) if you are into modding.
Guild chest. But as one above said. You still have to put stuff there manualy. Which doesn't fix your problem.

thank you

So do i have to put a guild chest in both bases? is there a way to do it automatically or do i have to do it manually? i just want a way to have my bases use the stored materials base to do it manually.

i am sorry for being dumb
Have to place em manually. However, you can build one, break it down to put just those mats in your inventory, bring that to the new base and build it. go back to the old base and replace it.

Out of curiosity, do you know... if the Guild Chest was the only chest in your base, would they use it then?
Its kinda cheating but there was a mod on the workshop near the top subbed mods that has a chinese name that links the inventories of all bases, but I feel like it's enough of a pain to go back and forth that I don't mind having it.

It is like the ender chest in Minecraft you put items in it and no matter where you go when you put down a new guild chest all the same items will be in there.

That's actually really clever, thanks for the tip!

Yeah, let's say you had base where they're mining or whatever, and the Guild Chest is the only chest at all. They'll put stuff in there and you can see the mats pile up while you're at your main base.

Yes, I have all my peripheral bases set up with only a food box and a guild chest. The box is set to only store food, but not ingredients. This even causes them to dump stuff collected form farms in the guild chest for central processing.

It is not a mod, the guild chest is a vanilla item unlocked at level 41, put one in your base and load all your mats into it, then build another one at another base and you won't even need to take the mats out of the guild chest, you can use them from inside the chest.
