Jelliette / Jellroy partner skills
Jelliette's partner skill says:
1. While in party, increases items obtained from fishing by (55~95)%. 2. While Jelliette and Jellroy are in your base, Jelliette's watering speed increases by (50~120)%. (Does not stack)

Jellroy's partner skill says:
1. While in party, increases items obtained from salvaging by (55~95)%. 2. While Jelliette and Jellroy are in your base, Jellroy's watering speed increases by (50~120)%. (Does not stack)

I'm kinda confused because only in the end of the skill says it's not stackable. It is only the second ability or both?

That question confused me. The "Does not stack" just means that, for example, adding several jellroys will NOT addtionally increase salvaging or watering speed of jelliette. One is enough to get the boost, but adding several will not increase the % boost.

Edit; Also yes, it applies to both skills in this case.

"It's not stackable" relates to the use of several of the same pal. As long they're seperate pals, it stacks. However, if you tried to use several jellies, they will not increase yield of fishing/salvaging.

As for the base function, having the two of them in your base will increase the other's watering speed, but if you add several more, the watering speed does not increase further. That said, they're very good at watering with that speed buff, so worth keeping around. Kinda useless if you don't have both in the base, though.

If you condense them, or give them star fruits to increase condensation, their buffs % increase.
"Not stackable" refers to being the exact same pal species. For example Broncherry and Broncheery Alpha have an identical skill, but it stacks because they're not fully identical. Using two Broncherries wouldn't make a difference by comparison.

Broncherry Alpha or Broncherry Aqua?
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Well... That changes everything I knew about the game. I'll have to change every party setup I have here for farming resources, fishing, salvagins, etc.

Thanks for the answer!
For fishing, I'd bring both Jelliette and Jellroy normally, one of each. At least if you're doing salvaging as well at the same time. If you don't bother with Salvaging, bringing Jellroy isn't necessary. As an example, there's no Salvage in the last 2 zones, so if you end up in those zones you don't need to bring Jellroy or fishing magnets.

Other good fishing pals to add to your fishing party (not for salvaging) would be Gloopie, Whalaska (Ignis versions is better) and Solmora.

I'm planning my teams. So far I got:

Salvaging:
1. Neptilius
2. Lunaris
3. Reptyro
4. Reptyro Cryst
5. Jellroy

- Why
- Naptilius because it's the fastest sea mount;
- Reptyros because the most heavy item we can get here is Coralum, a kind of ore;
- Lunaris for other stuff;
- Jellroy for the loot;

- Passives
1. Ride:
1. King of the Waves
2. Ace Swimmer
3. Sleek Stroke
4. World Tree Seedbed
2. Others:
1. Reload Master
2. Wellness Watcher
3. Vanguard
4. Stronghold Strategist

Fishing:
1. Whalaska
2. Whalaska Ignis
3. Solmora OR Gloopie
4. Solmora Lux
5. Jelliette

- Why
- Whalaskas (and maybe Gloopie) for easying the game;
- Solmoras for boosting the Pal we will catch;
- Jelliette for the loot;

- Passives
1. Ride:
1. King of the Waves
2. Ace Swimmer
3. Sleek Stroke
4. World Tree Seedbed
2. Others:
1. Reload Master
2. Wellness Watcher
3. Vanguard
4. Stronghold Strategist
You got this more planned out than me, by the looks of it! Well done. Might make use of some of these tips, thanks.

Actually I planned other parties too, like lumbering, mining Ore, Sulfur and Coal, mid/late mining... And a party that I will use for breeding, craft and buying/selling stuff.
I mainly focused on that latter part with breeding etc, base pal stuff. I find I already got too much resources of the wood/ore kinds by the time I reached the world tree, so making gathering teams felt unnecessary to me.

Agree, but I created these teams for new players too, or in case I want/need to start a new game.
