Lore theory: Jetdragon is cousins to Xenolord!?!
The Xenolord paldeck entry is:
"-Destination reached. Priority: Locate entity "Supersonic Dragon" -Note: Conquest deadline exceeded by Error_Code:126DC years. -Update: No conquest traces found. Naturalization confirmed. Commence elimination protocol. -Staff Memo: Refrain from forgetting or consuming critical data!"

It seems to me that the space invaders, whoever they are, sent "Supersonic Dragon" (sounds like Jetdragon to me!) to conquer Palworld, but it has far exceeded the deadline and instead become "Naturalized" to the world and is now a target for elimination.
As a side note, it also hints at why this naturalization was allowed to happen; based on the memo at the end, I'm guessing the original Jetdragon either forgot or consumed the data pertaining to its own directive! ;D
This lines up with the descriptions for the other Xeno-types, which seem to be consuming and/or transmitting data constantly.

The question is, will we see more of this in the future? Will we eventually get to see who's behind the Xenos? WIll we get a Terraria-style space invasion event?

And perhaps more importantly, if it wasn't Jetdragon that conquered/destroyed the ancient civilization, than who did?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Actually, if we look at Jetdragon's palpedia entry:
"Watches over Palpagos Island from high above. When calamity returns to the land, the earth will split open, and the skies will burn. It is destined to strike down the calamity in a flash of total destruction."

It rather sounds like Jetdragon may possibly have arrived in time to stop a different calamity that was already occurring, unless the entry is rather a foreboding to something the Jetdragon, as an invader itself, knows will be coming someday?

Add to this Blazemut and Blazemut Ryu's entries:
"Legends say it was born during a volcanic eruption. A strange group even claims that this continent is laid upon the back of a giant Blazamut."
And
"Long ago, it emerged from the depths of the earth. With relentless, raging flames showing no mercy, it burned the entire island until nothing remained. It was known as the Eternal Flame."

AND given all the massive, giant skeletons we find scattered throughout the island, it almost seems to me there could be a "clash of the titans" type of cataclysmic event in the past, where giant pals were used as weapons of war and ended up destroying not only each other, but the civilizations that created them, with whatever mega-pal-bio-weapons surviving ending up going dormant.

So perhaps bu the time Jetdragon arrived to conquer the planet, there was nothing left to conquer because all was already destroyed?

I'm not sure. There certainly are a lot of hints though, and I'm really beginning to think the devs have a story behind these hints as opposed to them being simple flavor-text.

What do ya'll think?

Go pick up Bjorn's journal entries for more info
My theory is sort of similar, based on designs and the fact that Xenolord is pretty much hard coded to agro Jetragon first I've been saying "Jetragon is Goku" probably sent by the same race ages ago to conquer the planet, but ended up becoming its protector instead.

(and yes that would make Xenolord Vegeta lol)

I've only got his first two entries so far, but I see what you mean- it does seem to be full of hints. He also mentions his ancestors' kin "looking down at others from the sky" which makes me wonder if there were sky islands, if they were also spacefarers?
Add to that the ominous notes from Saya's journals... It sounds like Bjior is preparing for something that will return, something Saya expects as well.

The big question is, what in the "WORLDtree" (*cough cough, excuse the pun) does that giant tree have to do with it all?
Theory confirmed, he told me so while we were having a cold beer one evening. He doesn't want anyone to know though to don't go telling everyone.

Really? That's selfish of him, wanting to hog all the good fighting for himself. ;)
The question is how precisely did Jetragon forget about its original mission? My personal head canon is that it traveled to Palworld WAY too fast and couldn't course correct in time, colliding into the planet and suffering severe head trauma and amnesia in the process.

I think that Xenolord is Moonlord's assistant; main minion he created by using the pillar's magic, and his following cultists experience in mechanical monster building.

Both are aliens, invaders from space, final bosses, both naturalized to an island, and have lord in their name.

To cannon theory lore, as Moonlord was going to face the Terrarian, he gave his cultists a special, powerful larva and he told them to take care of it, mutate it with magic, and make it mechanical in-case Moonlord dies; His minion Xenolord, would take over.

When Moonlord got defeated, he droped the meowmere. Then the Terrarian met some frogs; the Crojogos. They told him that they needed the sword's special essence ingredient for another person in need; for their island under attack. So the Terrarian gave them the formula, and they then delivered it to the Palapagos islands.

The main issue with the Palapagos islands was that the pals don't evolve there, but the animals in the Galapagos islands do. (Maybe were the name came from.)

Thats my theroy.

That may be Cluthulu/Moonlord. Same thing the cultists were waiting far at the Terriaria islands.

I strongly believe that this makes sense due to the Terraria X Palworld collab.
