What happenned to building in caves in Feybreak?

I found an awesome spot to build a base at (-980, -1320) where my only room mate was a friendly pal tamer. I was able to build a nice sized base there and get some mining done. I login today after the update and now it's like the cave and anywhere near it is a no build zone. What the heck happened? Can it be fixed?

Areas near the bosses and special npcs are supposed to be marked as no build zone. It was bugged in the previous couple of patches. Now it's mostly back to how it's supposed to be. You gotta move that base out or let be grandfathered in there. Or grab a mod to remove restriction if there's one.

Dang. That was a good hangout spot to fight bosses too. Guess I have to relocate. Thanks for the info!

What mods will let me bypass the can't build too close to special boss or facility restriction? If no mod exists is there a setting or .ini file I can't edit to override this??

I don't think he was saying there is one, he was suggesting you may be able to find one. There are so many mods for this game. I don't use them, but they are there.

It IS fixed, it was wrong before.
