Small pal's with great base skills

Kinda missing the point of bigger is not always better . Pal's like Anibus is awsoome small to med size pal doesn't take up alot of room like some of the rest . very handy at a base very handy in combat . . would like to see more of these type's of pal's

With the Applied Technique books any pal can get to 5 in their base skills, f.e.:

Get to endgame and make whatever you like then. lvl 4 condense also gives them +1 to all work they are capable of

yeah but the drop rate on those are so abysmal they may as well not exist at all, unless you save scum it takes like 20 hours per book.

Well they just patched it so now big pals have small hitboxes in base. So problem should be solved.

that book is way too rare and peeps that minmax would just use natural 4 skills and combine into 5

its useless for minmaxers and extremely rare for casuals to use lmao

Exactly. Like you may get at most 10% more yield using the lower tier pals and that's just because of the crazy run speed of some of the smaller pals but overall these books are just for using your favorite pals on the base. In most cases they're going to be a downgrade over what you already have since they aren't helping much in a fight.

But back to the original point it would be nice if they just gave us more small/mid size pals with these higher end skills right from the start. Maybe go back through and rebalance existing pals to have better work suitability. Like harvesting level 1 on Shadowbeak... why?

Alot of random pals have lvl 1/2 harvesting, nobody will use them
