Palworld level 2-60 bug

Every time I place primitive craft bench, i instantly go level 60, and all enough points to unlock everything. Also, I do not have cheat mods installed or anything, it just keeps doing that. Its really annoying, I just have .pak mods installed that changes pals appearances and stuff, thats it.

Did you adjust any game settings? It sounds like you may of accidentally maxed out the exp multipliers. If not, remove all your mods and see if it still happens. If it doesn't add them back one at a time until you discover the culprit.

Sounds more like a mod for me. Even with x20 XP gain, you never reach 60 so fast.

It clearly is an issue for some. I myself have this unfortunate bug, which means right now, I can't make Stone Pickaxe, because I get 1,000,000 ish experience everytime I make one. Even baking berries gives more than that... Anything else though, barely gives any exp even at 1.3 rate.

And I have tried this on a fresh install, with and without mods, and even the mods I use, do not touch experience gains.

i went to common - palworld - pal - binaries - win64 - Mods (in my files)
And deleted anything starting with console or cheat, and it worked, everythings back to normal

it sounds like a 'dirty' mod as in mods that do more than they suggest in their description

I can understand this is an issue for sure.
But it is caused by a mod, not the game.

You did "try without mods" but did you delete MANUALLY the mods folder? Uninstall/Reinstall from steam does not remove mods. Just reinstall over mods.

I can assure you this is 100% not a vanilla bug.

Try this one. I had my game work properly after this. If you are unsure what files it is, you could also uninstall the game before going here and do a deep clean, by deleting leftover files.
