Press To Craft and then Alt Tab from Game Question

Wonders if there's a way I could say craft at a station (I use the toggle where I just have to tap the action key to craft) and then like alt tab out of the screen to keep the action going. If I want to craft a lot of something is there a way to start crafting and then go to like youtube without the game action stopping?

And why don't you use a Pal? You can assign one to a crafting station and it will do it automatically (resting in between if it gets hungry or needs to relax). In any case the game should keep running if you Alt Tab, otherwise try playing it in windowed mode.

I haven't found a way to do this, but it would be very handy when making hundreds of meals for my pals. Gotta put my 7000 work speed to use somehow.

pals could be indisposed, could have low work suitability, or the player could be built for workspeed and would be the fastest on the task. Multiple reasons not to use a pal.

I do for cooking but normally send all my hands on in the dungeons, I will when I get more pals. I do like the way the team mate pals help out. My pals in my base seem to try to do more than one thing at once they kind out help out where they can. Only one I assigned mainly to do anything is a cold one to keep the fridges cold at all times and I have a big water one to keep my mill flowing wheat for cakes :) My hands on ones are busy with the ranch and gardens :) don't want to dedicate one specifically for crafting only.

here you go guyz, the solution, and i believe its open source so you can check it your self

edit: this can actually make your character hold f while alt tabbing, and i m using it on a daily basis, one thing i suggest that change the working mode from tap to hold so that you can actually use it properly.

sometimes even after pressing alt tab you might see it stops working. Just alt tab again and it should fix it....and make sure that theres no item in the station beforehand

sounds like you need better pals
