At least, here's hoping they'll adjust their locations in a future update.
-1321, -758 it's at the bottom of the ocean, if you position your camera correctly you can see it but you can't reach it since you can't dive... and they patched eikthyrdeer glitch that allowed walking underwater
Is the respawn zone above dungeons? Since they appear below the world map, I might be able to break out and glitch my way to it. I'll give it a test later.
So, you can pretty easily do it. I did this with Hangyu, but it would probably be WAY easier on Jetdragon.
As you might know, leaving the dungeon area does something ♥♥♥♥♥ with the shader and the game world becomes total darkness. This is not removed upon reaching the overworld, as you can see above (technically I'm inbetween but it'd look the same, I remember seeing another vid now). It sounds cool, but I feel genuine unease and I can only see with a torch out... Make sure you pick up the lantern tech, lmao.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it though, the underworld has a lot of gaps in it and I'm under the abandoned ruins apparently - the opposite side of the map. I'll keep trying though. Like, I know hangyu can make the distance, I just can't see a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing
Edit: Also the map doesn't work lol
Update: I left the safety of my underworld island and flew into the void. There's a ceiling here. Various random geometry appears the more I fly. I perch on them to rest. Occasionally I'll find a rock node chilling in space. This place is weird.
Update: Ceilings can't contain me. I can see water reflecting from my mount directly above me. Still don't know where I am but I keep walking south.
UPDATE: I found myself! I've finally wandered into the Crescent Moon Shore. If I put pins down I can locate them, and incidentally myself! I'm confident I can make it to the Lifmunk now.
Hopefully 2nd last update: I'm running low on food. So many rivers rise towards the surface, making them unsafe. I found the Northwest Passage between Forgotten Island x Sakurajima, and it looks like I'll have to cut out through the wildlife sanctuary if I want to make it. Home free at that point! Also, I found a small patch of flowers down here :)

Only took about 2 hours of non-stop running on foot. Mount pals appear above the ocean so it WILL be a walking trek.
Before I begin, it's important to highlight the two variables I'm most concerned with:
If dungeons are static and there is some geometry near Feybreak, that would be ideal. If not, a huge part of this will be luck and will probably take you an hour of non-stop running. On the bright side, since you're always considered in a dungeon, dying will spawn your loot outside or best-case-scenario, falling to the abyss will return you to your palbox.
Finally, Pal-Tamers and Pal-Destroyers, the route I took:
I use hangyu because its flight time is 4 minutes with essentially infinite distance but a flying mount will let you observe more carefully. I doubt you'll make it without Jetdragon though.
Hopefully not just a floating quartz node, there are actually a lot of them down here. Find actual ground that goes upwards. I originally found jagged ground that I nearly flew past, but it eventually connected into a hill.
Eventually after enough jumping, walking forward, crouching, sliding yadayada, you will magically climb through the ceiling that prevented true progress. Note: The statue is raised from the ground, you cannot grab it by floating near the ceiling. You must break through. Also from here on if you desummon or summon flying mounts they will appear above you. My jolthog worked, but Vanwyrm did not.
your map is broken, but your compass and waypoints should still work. Ideally wander into a new area like I mentioned in my prev post and spam map icons until they appear on your waypoint. This is how you will travel from now on.
Since we are traveling underwater, inverse how you percieve the map and note how the waterways do not release you to the south. This route is very safe.
I originally flew out expecting to hover-fly the entire distance, so this entire route is kind of a miraculous discovery. Let me know if you'd like me to elaborate on anything in particular.
