Does the lvl 55 oil rig have a new chest location?

Nothing is re spawning, all 4 of the usual spots for the golden chest are all empty, I have looked everywhere for a possible 5th new location to no luck, any one know whats going on here?

Probably just isn't respawning. I have noticed them in the same spots as before.

Someone earlier was complaining about no chest respawning on their world. Might be you both have the same bug? I'm not sure if they found a resolution
