Palbox Control Device?

What is the point of the palbox control device?

I have no clue, I thought you're supposed to be able to use it temporarily whilst you build a mega base of your design, then put the palbox where ever you want or something? Like, it removes the box as the center of the base, and then you can just play around and build?

It's for bases that have multi-levels. Say you have all of your ranches on the main level where the palbox is, and you have your crafting benches on the second level, and on the third you have your breeding circle. Instead of releasing your pals at the pal box on the main level, you can build the palbox control device on the same level as your breeding farm and release them there instead, then pop them into the breeding farm. It works especially well if you have the monitoring stand next to it. Drop your pals, turn and use the stand to put them in the breeding farm.

this basically, for when you mega-base and the pathing doesnt allow pals to use the functions of said base fully
