On your first base only. Other bases won't remain rendered when you leave them, and basically "pause" when you're away. Not sure if there's something you can toggle in the config file to change this, but if there is, I'm not aware of it.

My 4 mining outposts continue to mine away just fine, so yea, all your bases continue to operate fine, the server's settings even has a slider to increase max bases/pals per base with a warning that it will impact performance to increase.

They will worker even while you are offline if the server is still online
game is well known for its slavery content, beat them with a butcher knife if they dare to slack off while you are out exploring and see nothing has been accomplished when you return

Just like in real life

To be honest i cannot imagine having more than 1 super base. It takes a lot of time to get it all just right

All of my bases continue working while out exploring. I use default settings.
They will continue working, which is why it's recommended that one of your bases be dedicated to acquiring Crude Oil when you get to needing it for making certain things, since it takes a while to accrue a good amount
Same here, all of my bases continue to work when I am away exploring and such.

That's weird. Only my first base operates while I'm away from it; I've never had production continue at my other bases on my current file. No mods, nor ever modded. Wonder what the difference is...

ive noticed its a bit unstable sometimes, usually our oil outpost keeps up, but sometimes we can visit it and there is 600 drums of oil in the extractor, not picked up.

i think it's the transport pal getting stuck on one station and kept transporting that "1" ore at a time and neglecting other structures which causes the rest to build up a huge amount without getting any attentions to
