No to Denuvo, buying this the second it becomes available and I think most that are interested will. Take my money please!

It's 2024 and still barely anyone uses ultrawide monitors. I'm sure pocketpair will really hurt from you not buying, bye :glaring:

If you buy tech that isn't widely adopted you always run the risk of it not being supported.

ive got an ultrawide and im okay with black bars. and im sure when workshop becomes available someone will make an ultra-wide mod if it isn't just something they add later.

nah bro. Most of us aren't gonna buy any game day 1 after all the bad releases of 2023. Smart people will wait for legit reviews before purchasing.

you'd be surprised how many people use them now. In fact, most new high end monitors being sold are ultrawide.

lol you are horribly incorrect.

Lots of people use wide aspect in 2024. Most high performance gaming monitors come in widescreen options now (in addition to the normal aspect ratios).

+1 32.9 ultrawide user here please anyways its a 3rd person game so most likely it will have 32.9 support every survival game on steam has 32.9 ultrawide support but The Front
WhyKlef Jan 16, 2024 @ 6:54pm
32:9 player here too, I'll make do if it doesn't but to be honest, most fully rendered games either have support natively nowadays OR it's modded within hours/day or two so I wouldn't even be concerned with that personally. No sure, I'd love to have UI in center but I got used to that even when games don't have that feature or support natively.

Sucks to niche.
Mephistopheles Jan 16, 2024 @ 7:15pm
as long as I get black bars on the screen i'll enjoy the game no problem!

It's not about niching, it's about having flexibility. Now, OP may boycott all they want and that's a problem for them but as far as I'm concerned (much like many), I can appreciate amazing 16:9, 32:9 and everything in between. What you call niching, I call expanding beyond and I don't see how having more of something entertaining and/or productive sucks.

It always amuses me how the same people that would buy an ultrawide also can't learn to use the screen effectively. You have an ultrawide and you can't manage your workspace? Whats the point then?

How can I use the space effectively if the game has no support for it?
