That is the best price you're going to get because as time goes on they either gradually increase the base price of the game when more major updates release or on 1.0 full release it can potentially double in price, again it's up to them.
Then you have to wait months or years after official 1.0 release when its out of Early Access just to get the game again at $30 compared when it released in Early Access. You should be fine if you save money to buy it in the next few months.
The only big deal is regional pricing. Take latest ARK for example and this is a somewhat rare example but I have seen some older games just double in price so it will become a common trend in the future for poorer countries. They had proper regional pricing and decided the same day like a few hours after release to make sure every country is paying $40 directly converted. That doubled the price for most poorer countries which is crazy considering it is in Early Access and was more expensive than fully released titles. Which is unfortunate more so for the company because there is always other games to buy in this competitive market and not fair that the people that bought it a few hours early got it at 50% off lol.
Edit: by which I mean, halloween 2024, because next year is actually THIS year...
