Game sales in Epic are pathetic, thats why many developer are migrating back to steam even if they pay 30% instead of 12%.

It will be in game pass but steam and game pass will not be cross compatible at launch unfortunately

The reason probably is to give people the chance to try it on gamepass and then buy it on steam to play with friends long term during the first few months.
Because otherwise it's extremely small profits to get if they just literally go: Oh we can use just 5 bucks or so to play this game on gamepass and then forget it.
Instead of having them buy it for full 30 bucks even if they only play for 2-3 months.

Nah, games don't sell as well on EGS.
People only use that for free games and it being a requirement for them to play Fartnite.

they announced the price with the launch date, its going to be $29.99 i believe.
