Do flying mount pals get more stamina or speed as they level ?
Got a Nightwing and travel now seems easy, but I wonder if levels or its stats matter to boost the travel ability.

To my knowledge, no. Direhowl is sort of an exception since his passive is increased speed, but that is improved through condensing pals, not by leveling them.

Nitewing is actually quite slow, so you'll really like getting around when you get some of the faster fliers, especially if you breed them for extra speed and stamina passives.
All mounts gain a bit of speed with each extraction level, other than that the only thing you can do is tweak passives with the surgery table to give it things like Runner or Infinite Stamina (assuming you have the implant needed). AFAIK nothing else increases speed or stamina, but Nitewing will ultimately get replaced by faster fliers before too long, it's by far the slowest flier in the game.
Also important to know that your player stamina does not affect your mounted stamina. It does affect gliding, though. Every flying pal you get from here is usually a step up and youll start loving flying more lol damn nitewing is so slow. I suggest getting a vanwyrm as soon as you can. You can look up palworld breeding calculator to find out how to breed every pal and get yourself a better flyer before you have to find one in the wild. But that also requires making cakes which can be rough early game.
I use nitewing to get me high so i can glide lol

Yeah fun combo. Also have you tried grapple gliding yet? Where you grapple onto something in the distance and then press spacebar as it's pulling you forward for a crazy fast glide. Also, same thing with sliding is fun. Sliding is fun in general lol. Theres some fun movement stuff in this game.
Grapple needs the rare tech, and sliding ? ctrl gives some tumble forward.

If you crouch while going downhill, you do a cool slide. And yeah, once you kill some alphas you can get grappling hook. Its a very nice tool to get around your base while overweight.
@DirtyMick why didnt I think of that? I've a lot of pal working for wook/stone and when I help collect em I lose a lot of time. This will help immensly!
There's "Fit as a Fiddle" which gives Riding Pals (and only Riding Pals) +20% stamina.

You can apply this to any Pal you want once you unlock the operating table for 10k gold.

Maybe breed a Ragnahawk, I'd say maybe Nightwing+Warsect would probably be one of the earliest combos that could be feasibly done (Warsect is a Level 30 Pal), the only problem is that the saddle is Lv37.

Open your inventory and hit R.

Using the Quick Stow feature will automatically dump everything in your inventory into chests in your base (assuming they already contain the items), but only while you're in said base.

So if you have stone in a chest and you're overburdened with a ton of stone you just mined, don't slow walk over to the chest. Just use the Stow Feature and boom all the stone magically teleports into the chest to combine with the stone that was already in the chest.

(This sadly does not work with a Guild Chest, if you happen to be using one. I can only assume this is a bug).
the "infinite stamina" implant you purchase from the arena vendor IS NOT infinite stamina. its only an increase of 50% . so if your stamina sucks, it will still suck after wasting your tickets.
Another really fun mount is Dazemu, which gets a big speed boost on sand (including dirt roads and beaches). You legit travel at speeds comparable to Jetragon if you're mindful of terrain type, and you can get it as soon as you've reached the central bamboo thicket island. It's not flying but it still speeds you up a TON.

If you like sliding downhill there's the new walrus pal Polapup found on some of the small icebergs out in the ocean. Its special ability is sliding downhill for a huge speed boost and even at 0 stars it goes ridiculously fast.
Get a ShadowBeak or a Ragnahawk with infinite stamina, swift, runner and maybe demon god. , that's all you need.
