Does Omascul's Partner Skill increase the amount of XP gained by Pals?

I was planning on building an Omascul, so I was wondering if the XP your Pals gain increase or remain the same.

I'd like to see the answer too. AS I UNDERSTAND IT, it increases the amount of passive exp they get. Like, how you get a little just for standing at base of picking things up and building. I think he makes them get more exp for that.

But I'm not sure I'm right about that.

the ability work on the team. so if you have Omascul, you can grind 4 pals at a time 20% better.
its not a lot but since it's percentages the bigger the exp you get the better.
