Where do you craft pouch?

Just trying new upgrade pouch, but where do you find to craft it? Can't seem to find it primitive workbench, product assembly I or II

Small pouch can be crafted at primitive workbench or above. Medium pouch at high-quality workbench or above. Large pouch at production assembly line or above. Giant pouch at production assembly line II.

I have product assembly II but didn't see somethings like that, maybe my game bugs. Will try again later

Did you unlock it in the tech tree? All pouches in the ancient part of it

Yeah it's not there for me either. I have all of them unlocked but NONE of them show up. I've tried restarting the game, making entirely new production lines, and no luck. It's like the game didn't fully register I unlocked them and they are still blocked. Definitely a bug.
