Whats going on?! A 25 gigabyte patch?!

Who else experienced this? Had to delete like 5 games to even play Palworld.... Jeez.

Is it a 25 gig download or 25 gig update? Steam will show the total target file size for the update, and the patches usually update that 25 gigs pak file.

It didn't download 25 gigs, it was a 25 gig installation procedure because of the way UE games are structured. SSD does help a lot with the speed, but the space should not be a problem, it did NOT add 25 gigs to the size of your game.

You had to delete 5 games to install a 26GB game? Maybe invest in an SSD or at the very least a HDD. Time to get rid of your 10+ year old 32GB USB.

These comments are weird because it's the cheap/old SSDs that are tiny drives. Spinning rust drives have been big for a long time.
