Palworld Game of the Year to spite Nintendo's Decision

I would love to see Palworld to win game of the year to send a message to Nintendo and Pokemon.

I played Pokemon for 20+ years now and I was a huge fan. Growing up I was very adamant about always liking Pokemon. After these past few years, I have honestly lost interest. It feels like they have lost imagination and have gotten worse over the years. I played Sword and Shield and I cannot tell you for the life of me what the story was about. Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Black, White, and even a little bit about X, Y, Fire Red, and Leaf Green I can tell you for the most part what the story was. I was not impressed with the starters of Scarlet and Violet. I lost even more interest as I saw some of the other creatures in the game (Flamigo). I refused to get the 2 most recent games because of all that.

I also feel like Ark would have more of a right to sue Palworld anyways, since they are the same game except pokemon like creatures instead of dinos and you can put the Pals in a PC box.

I have been so busy so I haven't played since Palworld added new content, but I had a blast playing this game early this year. I would love to see Nintendo's reaction to seeing the game they are trying to sue winning game of the year.

And correct, Palworld is FAR more Ark gameplay with different visual style.
Look up hit new Chinese game "Mirai Go" if you want to see a bad joke. The Chinese outright stole Palworld.

Not just stole it, they literally made it look like they are Palworld. And to top it off, they made it mobile compatible.

Palworld is in early access. Bg3 wasnt a contender for goty until it was fully released

I have seen many games in Early Access win Game of the year in the past.

Its unlikely to win due to Wukong however. Maybe get a win in a certain category but overall it would lose to Wukong currently.

I dunno, I think the fact that Sony is releasing Palworld on PS5 despite the lawsuit... essentially pulling an "Oh, no. .....Anyways," on Nintendo, would get them pretty angry as-is.
