Work stations unreachable by PALs upon loading save game

Anyone else her have problems with work stations being unreachable by PALs when loading a saved game?

Every time i load my saved game some of my work stations become unreachable by PALs. I have to fast travel to a place far away from my base and back in order to remove the unreachable status.

The other way i found to resolve the issue is to destroy and rebuild the work stations but it becomes tedious when every time i load it always becomes unreachable again. Manually assigning PALs to the work station also solves it but again its tedious to do every time i load my game.

Does anyone here have a fix to this issue?

One tip that helps is to avoid saving and quitting inside your base.
Possibly because the game loads the Pals in on top of each other, breaking pathing.

I tried this too but it doesnt solve the issue. When i fast ravel to my base the work stations still have the "unreachable by PALs" thing.
