Please tidy up the new Pal throwing.
I don't prefer it, but I'm not that hung up on the new mechanic. The only real problem I have is that the change seems to have broken whatever logic stopped your pals from just spawning in the ground.

I don't remember having this problem before, but now, spawning an Eilthyrdeer in a cave has about a half chance of spawning it in the dirt. God forbid I pull out an even bigger pal.

If that was fixed, I'd be good.

This update was an example of natural progression as a response to outside stimuli. Palworld is fighting the lawsuit, and the key thing is the injunction. If the injunction is approved in full Palworld is effectively shut down the same day. If the injunction is approved conditionally Palworld will be given a list of things they need to remove, and can't implement in the future or they will be shut down. So Palworld has to prove it can be distinctive from Pokemon in any meaningful manner before the court case goes through for the best result then will still likely have limitations placed on them. Which means walking back features which are currently too similar. From there they can move forward within their new limitations.

I'm fully aware, yes. I'd just like their new mechanics to function properly.

No, you're not allowed. You have to like it and praise everything about it or someone will come and "AKSHULLALY" you into the ground.

Nah this process is something universally considered annoying to outright infuriating. The only people that like it are jerks, and then only when they aren't somehow on the receiving end. The good news is if they are willing to fight Nintendo for their game the state of it more then likely will get better with the only question being how long it will take to get there.

Why can't they just make it targeted teleporting? Use the same animation as recalling the Pal to send them out. There's no throwing involved, but you can still aim where they come out.

Thanks for putting into my words my own frustration. At first I thought it was a mod causing my Digitoise to bug out and spawn half-underground when I took them mining. I'm glad that it's not something I did.

What I do like, though, is that the devs at PocketPair seem to pay pretty good attention to us, so I'm pretty confident this'll be fixed soon.

played a little after update kinda broke due to large pals dropping underground when i call them out. can only call out small pals in caves now even if there alot of space and now cant throw pals in team to work ether. the change i dont understand why the only thing i can think of why is cause the npc trainers already called their pals like this so having 2 animations for summoning them wouldnt make sense i guss?

I don't have a issue with our Pals being summoned at our side, but they being summoned stuck on the ground is a huge problem, I wish they did more testing which clearly they didn't.

I do get it but HELL if thats the f-ing main reason.. then ALL shooter, Digimon, ARK etc need to prepare to be shot down.. this reaction is definitly totaly over the top. Why is palworld scared? If nintendo wins its the end for most games anyway so WHY????

It's more, why fight against God when you're a mere bug in comparison? Nintendo practically owns the entire country of Japan and can buy out any judge and lawyer they want and do literally anything they want.

It's at the point where, I can't see Pocketpair fighting against this anymore unless something gives. If nothing gives, Nintendo essentially owns everything in gaming and they'll do everything in their power to abuse every little thing they can.

How anybody can consciously support this blatantly evil corporation is beyond me. People just don't care about this ♥♥♥♥ because it doesn't affect them as a person. Nintendo successfully managed to brainwash so many people.

It's an absolute degenerate that only wants to unmake anything that is capable of achieving a higher degree of order than it. The 'Tendies (Nintendo fans), Japanese twitter and courts and Nintendo are all pieces of a great unmaker that have absolutely no idea what they're doing or why. They've been had and they're too scared and egotistical to admit it or even consider the possibility that they're wrong and have been lied to.

.... This is how corporate legal battles are fought. This update is Palworld working to deny Nintendo ammo. It isn't being cowardly or giving up. it is actively working to dodge blows. In real life facetanking is stupid.
