It was Pal Egg Info.
I'm slowly going though the list and finding the best mods to do what I want, but so far it seems like LUA script mods and overwrite mods (those in that "~mod" folder) are the most stable/reliable where as anything installed to the LogicMods folder seems very prone to breaking.

then you had an old version, or its conflicting with something. i use that same mod no problem.

- i've yet to see a wild pal on my bases (i don't even wall them) but i don't know if it could come from lowering Pal apparition rate : i lowered it by 20% i can't stand it when you have pack of wild animals every 2 meters (6 feet).
- You can change an option on the Keyboard pannel and controller pannel to toggle hold button (it's still stop if you alt+tab so maybe the addons help with that ?)

like half of that guys mods are literally in the server options menu. even 100% capture is pretty much obtained by maxing the default slider. that said, my base at the default starting spot constantly has giant mammoths just wandering around in my base.

Lol. 100% catch rate and 100% drop rate. For what you are playing palword then? Whats wrong with gen z players....

TBF theres nothing more frustrating than throwing a dozen balls with an 80% catch rate and they all fail. also not really very fun to go around slowly fighting and catching 12 of every single pal, which you have to do because the only way to level up is by building extremely resource heavy buildings, and catching 12 of every pal. around level 30-40, the only way to levelup is by catching 12 of every pal due to the extreme amounts of XP needed. that or make literally 50,000-several million of an item.
