Blackscreen when Launching the game

Im experiencing blackscreen when launching the game for about 30 sec until it automatically exit close down. I've tried all the fixes that was online for this problem which are:
1. adding "-ngxdisableota" as launch option
2. updating my driver and even rolled back my driver as far as September 2023
3. Launching the game and/or steam as admin
4. Verified files integrity
Below are my PC's spec:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics 4.20 GHz
Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
Device ID: BABA15EE-E2DA-4629-ADEE-51113E747E9B
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060

I am currently at my wits end. I previously played this game on an old gaming laptop and this is the 1st time playing it on my new rig.

Really love this game and I really want to play it again after more than 6 months of not playing it to wait for new contents. Any help will be much appreciated!!!
