How to change Pal skin?

I never change Pal skin before. I see game give you 4 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for Halloween.

There's a station in your Pal section of the building menu called the Pal dressing facility (it can be unlocked for free basically in your tech tree), plop one of those down and you'll be able to change the skins at your leisure, you do however have to have both the skins AND the Pals (they can either be in your party or the Palbox) to actually change the skins though.

if your talking about the Halloween skins update your game if you even own it and use the pal dressing facility in game
