I can't find where are these pal skins, I never knew that we can equip skins on them, it has been so long that I stoped to play this game that I'm lost in the sauce

If I'm not mistaken, there's a thing you can build in a base that let's you change a Pal's skin.
I believe that's how you would equip them.

Just to clarify: I saw that you wrote Permanent; and i read the "・Added 4 Halloween skins! All players will recieve these skins for free upon starting up the game! (※Cannot be equipped unless you have at least 1 of the corresponding Pals)"
but I want to ask: if I do not have Croajiro, and launch the game during the event, will I still have the option to equip the skin after the event ends?
Also, if I create a new world/save after the event will I still be able to use the Halloween skins?
Nevermind I built a Dressing Facility and I can see my old twitch drop skins and the four new Halloween skins.
I would be willing to pay for skins by the way; I really hate time-limited unlocks or even time-limited purchase opportunities. Time-limited discounts (sales) are fine.

They would have been Permanent anyways due to modders if they were not officially.
