Active Skill Cooldown Reduction
I bred a Lyleen Noct with Impatient, Serenity, Burly Body and Swift. The idea is she's a healer who can get to me fast and survive to get a heal off.
However the Active Skill Cooldown Reduction doesn't reduced the CD at all. It's 300 seconds without anything and 300 seconds with both passives.

Is this a bug or what does Active Skill Cooldown apply to? Is it like their normal abilities? Active seems to be the key word, so I thought it was activated abilities

It's not a bug.
The cooldown is for pal attack only (Active Skill). Not a team skill.
