Please make crosshair actually visible in game!
Time and time again myself and others have complained (and filed bugs/feature requests) about inability to see the crosshair/reticle, can you please make these more visible and/or adjustable to see for users?

The crosshair today is almost invisible until used, which is agonizing as I end up having to use my grappling hook a lot moving things around, and it's hell to visibly find the crosshair _every_damn_time_. When I miss in grappling since I am usually guessing where it's shooting, I have to wait the cooldown, end up where I don't want to be, and it's quite nasty today, every day, always...

It's a process now - I have to find something, anything visibly dark enough to target around to visually make a lock on with my eyes, and attempt to track it as it goes invisible when trying to target where to shoot. Certain pals, Jetragon particularly, are hard to find with the orientation particularly, any light background makes it impossible to target without using first.

Or you could just add an option to make it bigger, always on, change color, shape, something - anything, please! I'd rather them be a visual eyesore vs virtual invisible when needed usually.

It's a painful annoyance still, and has needed a fix from launch. If you can never see the damn crosshair/reticle too, add your feedback as a vote here so maybe PocketPair will fix this already!

You can change the color and I think the shape the crosshairs. I changed my to a sort of purple color. A simple right click will change the cross hairs from invisible to visible. Same for the HUD. For some reason this game makes the HUD disappear when not in use. I was looking for an option to turn that feature off, but so far have not found it.

+1 I've been looking for a way to make it visible by default.

You're right, I mostly forgot you *can*, but its still mostly useless all in all when playing on a hidpi 4k display, at least is for me.

I checked in seeing this comment, but it's still hardly useful, and really would rather it be visible full time as @Shawn said.

It's the center of your screen

Back in the day with actual CRTs, you could write a cross hair with erasable marker on the screen and be sure it would wipe off on the glass.

Now with screens as wide as 3 feet, the center is not so easy to find :steamhappy:

"Center of the screen" doesn't make it any easier to see or find when playing on a 50" tv whether I play a foot away windowed or 5 feet away, it's still damn near impossible to determine in a pinch until you start firing. If I'd not mind a sharpie drawn there any other time, I might.

To the point above by @wildbill too, you "can" right click to trigger the visibility, but NOT when riding a pal, or at least jetragon, which is the worst as they're so large they fly offset in such a way finding the center of the screen is not always obvious on a large screen.

Yes, I can manage mostly, and have to play some 450 hours of Palworld so far to hate it too much, but this is one small thing that still nags me every time I'm grinding an oil rig run and need to target with a jetragon every time.

Well I have to admit, I hate so much the way the jetdragon works with this (you can't capture pals off it at all, can you?), that I don't use it even if I have it tamed. I'll just stick with my fully condensed and leveled Beakon instead.

Ahh, I love my maxed out speed jetragon with runner/swift/legendary, and yes, you can catch pals off them. The crap part is that you can't shoot your guns off them, as that's used for the rockets (which is usually better minus the long cooldown).

The biggest issue is the weird angle he flys at, not to mention mine bugs out and flys sideways, backward, and hell at times invisible to get around, so aiming is hard to tell exactly where the center is all the time. This is particularly bad in any light daytime setting, and almost as bad at night even.

Changing the color and opacity helps slightly, but when it still goes nearly entirely opaque, it's impossible to see for, and I can't even hit the right click to trick it on when on a pal vs when on foot.

It's always like the left hand doesn't talk to the right at Pocketpair with some of these features, and certainly no one with eyes over 40 like me.

I agree, they should offer an option to make crosshair always visible. But, there are some game tools, to always show a crosshair at the center of your screen. Search crosshair in steam or windows store. I'm using the one named "crosshair v2", which is a very old tool but it is the only free one I can find.

this is the one I use. I booted it up today, and it's still working with this version.

If your monitor is as fancy as you say it is, it should have a crosshair setting. Mine is a Full HD monitor and has it.
