It is seldom a problem with Palworld though, it is most likely a problem on your system.
Things people have found include:
Video driver out of date - check if there are updates
Install corrupted - validate the install or just reinstall.
Virus software deleting some part of Palworld - Windows Defender works well with this game
Shortage of free disk space - free up some space
Mods - just having them there possibly, but that seems unlikely
A search on Unhandled Exception should give you some ideas:

Good to hear.
The #1 response to a crash in here is probably: "Uninstall all mods". This one thing is the most common problem, but not the only thing that can go wrong.
Problem is, Nexus doesn't remove old mods or make any attempt to ensure that they are working. They do have a rating system, but it is up to you to ensure the mod was updated recently and that there are no comments from people saying it doesn't work anymore. The game is updated often, which is a recipe for disaster for these mods which might rely on something in the game that is no longer present or has changed.
I've written mods for Minecraft which at the time, had no official modding support. At least for Minecraft, we would state that the mod only supported a very specific version of Minecraft. You had a way to run a version of Minecraft and not update it too.
This game has no official support for mods and also no way to ensure that a mod is compatible with a new updated version of Palworld. Unfortunately it is up to you and you alone to ensure you only run mods that work correctly with the game.
that fixed all modding issues for me
