If you have a flying pal, easiest way is just going up and waiting a bit.

Yea, just fly up high enough where the guards can't see you and it'll go away

I'm level 55 on that level 35 Ragnahawk (Rank 0), so you should be fine as long as it's not the starting low stamina Nitewing... maybe

4 Choices to get rid of “Wanted” status:

1.) Get a flying Pal and fly straight up and high as possible, once very high enough or reach the height limit, wait for roughly 1-3 mins, the “Wanted” status will go away.

This is the best and easiest way

2.) Get back to mainland, either back to your base or very close to a waypoint, then commit ‘suicide’ with the respawn button, this will instantly remove your “Wanted” status, respawn and pick up your dropped gear.

3.) Close your game session and reload it again, this may not work if you happen to be on official or dedicated server.

4.) Obvious and most boring choice is to let the PIDFs kill you, ties with number 2
