Huge Rocky egg gives Fuddler

I litterally spent forever hatching the egg only to get a stupid fuddler. Can someone tell me what exactly i can expect from eggs?

Very bad modifiers and a whole decade to get what you want.

NEVER let the egg timer to the DEFAULT! You MUST change the settings to ZERO
It will make the eggs hatch instantly!

Yeah there is a glitch going on where small egg pals can be in Huge egg pals which is very stupid.

I did change it to like 00.5 I got lazy after my first egg. But still was very unhappy with the fuddler.

It's an alpha fudler, that's why it was a huge egg. All alphas come from huge eggs. On the bright side, if you butcher him, you'll get ancient civ parts.

Am I completely alone in having massive numbers of incubators? The auto-temperature ones consume craptons of electricity, but if you've got a few Orserk about then it isn't an issue.
The time doesn't bother me any more than waiting for the next meteorite impact does.

You are not alone. I've not adjusted or speed up my games incubation times. You have to wait for the eggs to even be breed. It not like its costing me any time to let them hatch. I just let a farm spit out 8 eggs, load those into incubators, by time those hatch, I have 8 more fresh eggs in the farm.

If I'm breeding pals with Philanthropist I just double the number of incubators I can fill at once.
