Plasteel take forever to bake, all my Jourmuntide Ignis with artisan and work salve, nocturnal, take forever to make 25 plasteel.

Oil derrick is utter garbage as it demands so much power, were it not for my nocturnal artisan orzerks doing all the hard work, the base may get powered off at night constantly. Even so, the gain is so atrociously slow, I get more crude oil by killing Kikkit and oil rig raid.

New shield sucks, repairing it needs ancient core, and the only way to get said core is either from raid or oil rig. Then you have to speed run a bunch of dungeons to find tablet pieces to make a full tablet, while it takes forever for the oil rig to reset itself.

All new guns suck, why all of them demand plasteel, and doesn't perform just as good as conventional weapons? Who in the right mind among the development team thinking that guided missile should deal less damage than rocket launcher? Even ammunition demand crude oil to be made, and the amount you get from gold chest is always not enough.

The only good is just the armor, and then again, light weight plasteel is the only good new addition for the protection. Because who would even need fire and cold resistant armor when we can buy multi-climate shirt +1 with doge coins? Or get that even better multi-climate shirt +2 from raid?

New raids suck, do all the sweat and blood, man every turrets, only so they drop few cores and garbage eggs that I still have to sweat my breeding farm to get traits I wanted.

The time need to craft things and the weight system need to be removed from this game to make it even some what enjoyable .

Here's my take on oil, it's slow but it's not unobtainable. You need Orserk, 2 of them and they do not need to be condensed at all. All they need is the standard worker skills your palls at your base should already have. Use one of your base workers as a template and breed 2 Orserks. Then make a base at a spot that has two oil things and let your Orserks do their thing, they will run one generator which will power 2 oil pumps or whatever they are called, without breaking a sweat. If you're good, give them nocturnal, or just sleep through nights to keep them busy.

Leave them a stack of pizza, around 200, and forget that base exists for a while. When you get back to it, you'll have 1k or so oil. It's not hard to get oil. Find other stuff to do during that time, collect dog coins which are probably the most valuable thing in the game atm, run dungeons, do some breeding, whatever.

When you get ready to make plasteel, put Jormuntide Ignis on the task to smelt it, put an Orserk to work and provide power for that and you're good to go. I don't see the problem, no condensing required unless you are trying to be extra and run 3-6 oil pumps. If you want to be extra, you gotta put in extra effort.

Very true, and even 3rd graders that talk like "Ugh it all SUCKS, suck suck sucks" are entitled to play the game and share their opinion. Just as I am allowed to express when it is difficult to take someone seriously, on a serious topic, if they talk like one.
