If you've linked your Steam, it should work.
Just go to the Twitch Drops & Rewards page, look at the Palworld drop, and you should see the percentage.
(You can even do this while watching the show in another tab (or just mute it like I did))
You will have to refresh the page to see the progress.

But once it's ready, you click the button to claim, and Steam should have it in your Steam Inventory.
