About the Moonflower...
Okay, I get it, they're death cultists and bored of life, and want existence to end on Palpagos.

They also know that the player is "pulling up the stakes", and believe this will bring about their much-desired end.

So... why are they fighting the player character? Shouldn't they be helping us instead?

I think the Moonflowers are so honor-bound to their duties that, no matter how much they hate it, they have to do it.

Well err you started the game punching chickens and ducks, made a bat to hit more of them, setup a factory and forcing the animals to work, butcher those without the passive you want, killed endangered animals for their organs, crafted guns and shot humans...

Even the bad characters will fight a monster to survive. :erune:

If you can successfully breed them in captivity on an industrial scale: they are not endangered.

I don't disagree with you otherwise, you're spot on.

Where did you find this duck pal?

If you’re talking about Fuack, pretty sure that’s a platypus, chief. Not a duck.

Now if the dev team decide to make a duck pal that was like a wood duck or another fancy-looking species that would be pretty cool.

Based on the notes, I'd say that's true of Saya, but the Moonflowers as a whole are dedicated to preserving their island. Keeping it frozen in time, insomuch as they can.

And why the pal loving "free pal alliance" put pals in cages and constantly kill them? The truth is that all the human enemies are placeholders and don't work as they should when they (hopefully) finish implementing them

Because when they say free they mean free for them. Also Lyleen is leading every attack of pal alliance so it might be pal actually leading them.

ah yes, the creature named Fuack, after the sound a duck makes (Quack), is definitely not in any way, shape, or form based off a duck, not in the slightest... its Japanese name having the word "duck" is also not relevant

the names are pure coincidence, 0% duck 100% platypus, yep
