Massive lag spikes just moving the camera
Is anyone else getting massive lag spikes just slightly moving the camera after a while?
The game runs pristinely when I first start, but after 30 minutes, just moving the camera slightly causes the game to literally freeze for a few seconds. And it happens literally every time I move my camera regardless if Im outside, in a dungeon, or the only life form in an open field.
Ive tried lowering my settings all the way down to 360p just out of curiosity, and even with everything as low as it could possibly go, the game still becomes unplayable just from moving the camera around.
Anyone else experiencing this or know of a way to prevent it?

My specs are
5700x
6650 xt
64gb 3200mhz ram
And its all on an SSD

I had this yesterday, game was running fine and then all of a sudden it just started running terrible. Constantly dropping frames too 1 fps. Didn't change any settings or anything. No idea what caused it.

I used to have this problem, and I still notice it in the ever deteriorating framerate of my inventory player-model.

Despite the above, my game runs perfectly fine. However, during EA release the memory leak issue was so bad that I would crash around 2~4 hours in if I wasn't constantly restarting the game.

While the PM still deteriorates, I've run this game upwards to 13 hours straight without crashing. (I should highlight that it usually crashes 'arbitrarily' before I reach that point -usually 4 hours in)

Specs:
OS: Linux
cpu: 7900x
gpu: Nvidia 3080
ram: 32GB 5600MHz
Storage: NVME

Maybe my higher specs are why, but I'd love to hear how Steam Deck users are experiencing this.
