palworld NOT LAUNCHING

Is there anyone else experiencing no start-up, only for it to crash back to a non-playing state in their steam? Was working just great until the minor patch today :(

just tried to launch and getting this too, if you're dealing wif the same thing, then guess its the game not me ;o

Same here. Verified files, updated AMD drivers. Moved install to other drive. Uninstall/reinstalled. Always crashes to desktop after AMD overlay pops up. Sometimes not until I click join server.

okay, sick thanks for your quick responses, i downloaded it with pc/xbox game pass and it works just fine oddly enough so idk whats going on w the steam support :/

some weird error. it gives me a message with a bunch of "failed to find" errors

i think its my antiivirus flagging it after doing some troubleshootnig!!

It's not even launching? No window pops up, error message or otherwise. Is that right? Because I am experiencing the same thing.

correct, exactly that, but i just seen that AVG was flagging the palword shipping windows 64.exe file

yeah mine is not launching too I thought it was my mods but since others are expriencing it must have been the update broke something.

My antivirus is flagging it. Says it doesn't recognise the launching file or w.e it is.

When ever I try to start it now, it's just a black-screen for 2 seconds and then it crashes. Already reinstalled, but no luck.

just reinstall the game i just did it and now the game is runnning fine

I did reinstall the game. It did not fix the issue. My antivirus (Avast) is blocking the app from connecting. I turned off the Rootkit Shield and Exploit Shield. I believe it is the exploit Shield reporting Palworld to Threat Labs causing the issue. I can now play the game.
