From what I heard it is 30 mins.

anyone want to confirm this for themself its simple to do

Go to oil rig and find a chest. open it. then afk and wait until respawns: that is ur settigns respawn rate

its 30 min but you cant be on the rig - the mobs WILL while on the rig but the chest wont (if you are on the rig when the mobs respawn simply leave and come back itll load in a new chest for you)

I believe it is 3 in-game days for the big special chest to respawn. I tested this on my server, however your settings may be different.

I am thinking it is every 3 in game days but have not sped up days and nights in custom to make sure - If not - then around every 30 minutes makes sense
