I think it was Diablo 3 or 4 that introduced a system where other people's pet were nearly invisible to you. They were transparent and I believe their spell effects were drastically toned down as well.
I'd love to see something like this added to Palworld. It could be something in the the game's settings, making it completely optional. I wouldn't mind a setting that enables you too also decrease the size of the pets, as well.
And, as an aside, I think there should be an option to disable the display of damage numbers from other players and their "Pals". I've had situations where I was firing my bow at an enemy and couldn't tell if I was hitting them, or not, because I wasn't sure if I was seeing my own damage numbers or someone else's.
