Game keeps resetting on private server
Hey guys. I have been having a problem since I downloaded the update. I play on my Brother's private server. Every time it hits Midnight and the server restarts since the update, it resets everything. Any items crafted, any changes to the base and any pals caught disappear as if it was never done. However, any materials I used to craft the items are also gone as if they were used. Is any one else experiencing this?

Thank you for your support request.

This is a general known issue and we are aware of it. Our team is working with the game developers to address this issue as soon as possible. All we can do is expect a patch or an update fixing this issue from the game developers.

Some customers have reported that refreshing/restarting the server every 2 hours or 2 hours and a half, is possible to prevent the data loss, as a workaround for the moment. It is possible that this might work for you too.

Yes, we have the same issue, it has restarted now three times, rolling us back majorly. Losing all progress, pals, levels etc. This is game breaking for us. Done until its addressed.

We have the same problem on a server at Nitrado.

Same issue, also with Nitrado.
Even using the in game server admin command is not saving the game.

Is everyone here using Nitrado as a server?

The issue may be with Nitrado, if you're having troubles with this, list your host.

I run my own private server and don't have this issue. Sounds like a bad hosting solution or at least whatever method they're using to restart and back it up.
