Pal Box lock function?

Where is this, has anyone seen it? I have looked inside the menu and even checked if there was an additionally added context menu for the pal box and still cannot find this setting.

This was clearly stated as an added feature in the patch notes two updates ago, first entry under the header UI.

Edit: I finally found it, but its not very obvious as it's located on the individual pal details screen. It's just called favorite basically and it doesn't really lock anything how i was hoping at least. I was under the impression that it locked the pal into the slot it's in or at least onto the specific page of the box it's on.
