We need to talk about the tech points

I get early game that picking the correct points will help or hinder you, but for the love of god can we please get an easier way to get more tech points without grinding or having to mod heavily.

It's probably just me but i want to unlock all the tech tree stuff, i will use the saddle on every mount. There's thing i want to try that require way more points and current options for a solo game. The only options i have found are grind the boxes at each island or dungeon runs.

It's exhausting at best especially if i have limited time to play, i really have to write down what i want to achieve otherwise i just get lost in grinding and wandering.

Please help fulfil my autism for unlocking the full tech tree.

Hunt owls at night. Crank up pal spawn rates to accelerate the process. They occasionally drop skill point books.

Well, one thing you can do, is mass breed Anubis. If you breed and slaughter them, you give you one large soul and some bones every time on normal settings. And once in a while you'll also get the advanced tech manuals that are worth two points. But if you are slaughtering them to get souls to power up your army anyway, you'll get lots of points, eventually.

Both of those options are okay but still require a huge amount of grinding, if they upped the tech points for each book drop that'd be feasible but atm i'm level 50 and struggling to get any high end gear required to start actually progressing.

You could also increase the drop amount, I suppose, to minimize the grind. Assuming their drop table hasn't changed, the only other thing they drop is fiber. Just destroy it whenever it weighs you down. Or keep it, I guess.

Grinding is par for the course in survival games I'm afraid. In fact as far as the grind goes this one ain't half bad. There's multiple ways to get tech books including breeding and butchering owls or Anubis. Also the fact that you can even unlock all the tech in the first place is quite a pleasant surprise. Often in games with tech trees it's down right impossible to unlock everything.

Grind the new dungeons for the Lotus flowers for the new stat elixirs and the manuals will come naturally from the chests.

Personally since I was just speed running dungeons had more than enough points stored up. Its not even that big of a grind.

I'm sorry, but what? Tech points are not difficult to get. farming dungeons/unlocking fast travel points/getting books. all very easy.
