Yakumo question

It might be too early to ask this, but does somebody now how the special ability of this pal works (maybe datamining or something) and if anything changes it is leveled by pal condenser?
I'm mostly interested in:
- Does this passive count for eggs? It is not "encountering" a pal per se, but still, would be neat.
- Does this passive take effect during mob spawning, meaning I could fly about the special areas with rare pals, despawning them constantly and basically rerolling their traits to better suit me?
- Does it work for boss pals? Meaning I could spawn an alpha with perfect traits?

https://paldb.cc/Yakumo Found this online, not sure for the rest of your questions, but apparently it has a 30% chance if you max it out. But I´m also not sure for how this is applied and if the odds are calculated independently if you have multiple passives

I think its 30% per passive sadly as i have a 5* yakumo with artisan, work slave, and serious and i went to catch the boss astagon and only one passive was on it the others were random. I will try to catch other pals to make sure

I watched someone use him and you can't get passives they that the pal doesn't come with in the wild either. So you can't get a Chillet with legend and/or lucky on him, for instance.
